It keeps repeating "ABC's of Yoga... for Kidsss," and it's super short. I would still buy the book. It has great information and illustrations. I would also recommend the guide for parents and teachers. Great info. I just wouldn't mess with the CD unless your kids are very young.|2 of 2 people| |A truly beautiful and fantastic book!
